The One with a Broken Heart

There is nothing worse that having a broken heart. Whether it is the loss of a parent, a child, a lover. The loss of the experience / life you should have had. 

Grief is such a human experience. I have spent years studying and transforming my attitude and mindset on death and it has completely cleared the toxicity that lives in how we are programmed to experience grief and loss - whatever the cause. 

I know it doesnt feel like it - but you will come out the other side. You are loved. You are important. You are seen. If I could take your pain away - I would. 

You will rise again. You will shine brighter in this next chapter. Your time is coming. With every broken heart comes an elevation of who you are. A shedding of what doesn't serve you in whatever way. 

It is important you feel the pain, release it and use the experience to fuel your fire because you are here to burn with courage and brilliance. 

Empathy is something most humans learn and hidden in that pain you're experiencing are gifts for the world, ways you can help and shape your life and that of others for the better. 

You can and you will move forward. You will be reborn stronger. Keep the faith my beautiful Queen.
